Hey guys! Today I'm going to do a bit of a food/lifestyle post and chat about my favourite places to go for brunch in Cork. I don't think its a meal that's talked a lot about so finding somewhere to go can be quite the struggle so I'm going to share three of my favourite places for brunch in Cork.
French toast - Liberty Grill
When you think of brunch you think of Liberty Grill as it's the classic spot for brunch in Cork. They have your classic sweet breakfast and also some good savoury options. As you'll be able to tell from the photos I definitely have a sweet tooth when it comes to breakfast. Only downside is that it's closed on a Sunday and they don't do a classic full Irish if that's what you're into. Liberty Grill itself is a great place for dinner and fab cocktails if you don't want to head there for brunch. I'm personally a huge fan of their French toast with maple syrup.

Scone - Perry Street
When Perry Street Market Cafe comes to mind you probably think they only do their amazing hot chocolates that they're known for at this time of year but they're also amazing for brunch. They cover a wide range on their breakfast menu from pastries and scones to waffles and pancakes and of course the classic fry. It's definitely a good place to go for a good mix on the menu. They serve their waffles and pancakes all day which is great because they're my favourite, their scones definitely deserve a mention too they're also fab and worth a try.

White Chocolate Pancakes - The Bookshelf
The last places I want to talk about you mightn't think of straight away for brunch but along with their fab coffee The Bookshelf Coffee House is a great place for a spot of brunch. This is definitely the place to go if you're feeling like a pastry or a scone and a good cup of coffee to start the day. They have some great cooked breakfasts on offer along with the most amazing raspberry scones which are to die for if you're a scone lover like me.
