Favourite GRWM Products & Giveaway

So today's blogpost is going to be a long, but very exciting one! I've been wanting to do this for ages and it's been a while in the works but it's finally here. I'm going to be chatting about the 10 products I can't do my makeup without and always use in my Snapchat GRWM's and the exciting thing is I'm going to be giving away these ten products to one of you! I'm going to list how to enter the giveaway at the end of this post so you can hear about why I love these products and then be in with a chance of winning them for yourself!

Natural Collection Loose Powder - Neutral Translucent
If you watch my Snapchat GRWM's (seamless self promo, my Snapchat is ailbhe_woods if you haven't already added me) you will be very familiar with these products as I am always using them. This is my all time favourite powder it's so finely milled and undetectable on the skin. It never looks cakey but sets makeup underneath so well and it has no flashback in photos and no white cast which I love. Some powders may change the way the makeup underneath looks but this doesn't it's just a great staple powder, and it's as cheap as chips!

Nyx High Definition Blush - Taupe
I spent absolutely ages on the hunt for this blush and I finally found it in stock on the Boots Ireland website. There has been so much hype around this product and you might be thinking, why do you want a brown blush? Well, it's actually a great contour powder. Being as pale as Casper the ghost, finding a contour powder than isn't too warm toned and suits my skin tone was very difficult and when I started using this my makeup game completely changed. If you're pale like me you will love this and even if you want a cool toned contour powder (having a cool toned powder makes it look like a shadow, which is more of a realistic land natural looking contour) you need to give this a go, it will change your contour game.
Essence Make Me Brow Gel - Blondy Brows
Before Benefit's brow products got a makeover you might notice that this looked exactly like what Gimme Brow did. This is, as you can probably guess, a dupe for the more expensive brow gel for a fraction of the price. This adds fibres to the brows to fluff them up and has a slight tint to it too. I love using this on its own when I'm going for more of a natural look or over a brow pencil or pomade when I'm going for more of a fuller brow. I can't do my brows without this, it adds so much dimension to the brows and keeps them in place for the whole day.

Post It Notes
When I first started talking about this giveaway someone Snapchatted me and said that I have to include the Post It Notes because there is never a GRWM when I'm not using them! These are from Easons and are so so cheap but help create such an amazing makeup look. What I do is apply one Post It on the side of my eye. I line it up from the corner of my eye to the corner of my eyebrow, this creates a winged eye shape and helps me create the perfect angled eyeshadow look or winged liner. I prefer a winged eye shape on my eyes so I legit cannot do eyeshadow without using these Post It Notes.
Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadow - Creme De Rose
I was always an avid user of the Urban Decay Primer Potion to make my eyeshadows last and not crease. I heard a lot of buzz around this product when it came out because it's apparently a dupe for Mac's Painterly Paint Pot so of course I had to try it out. It has a gorgeous pink undertone which matches my skin perfectly. You can use it on its own or layer shadows over and it makes everything last so much longer. I prefer it over the Urban Decay primer because it's so easy to use as it's in a pot rather than a tube and is a fab texture because it isn't as thick. Such a fab primer to keep everything in place or else just create a nice clean canvas on the eyes.

Penneys Individual False Lashes
Last year for my debs I actually had to get my friend to apply some individual lashes on me but with a lot of practice I find it so easy to apply them to create some extra drama on the eyes. It does take practice but once you get the hang of it they can look so natural and fluttery on the eyes. I much prefer individual lashes as they are more natural and easier to apply and I can't do an intense makeup look without them. I use the Duo lash glue along with these cheap and cheerful lashes and they add so much to a makeup look.
L'Oreal Infallible Fixing Mist
I always found that my makeup would just disappear from my face especially on a night out, until I found a good setting spray (emphasis on good). Some sprays seem to just dry my skin out and not do anything for the longevity of my makeup but I tried the Urban Decay All Nighter Spray and loved it. It is quite expensive so I wanted to find a cheaper alternative and this is definitely the one. The only difference apart from the price is the fact that this has a powder in it so you have to make sure to shake it well before use. This powder might be better for oily skin as the powder would control the oil, but it works really well on normal skin too without drying it out. This is a complete makeup game changer and I can not recommend it enough.

Penneys PS Lip Liner - Desert Sand
When Penneys/Primark launched their makeup range people went absolutely mental for their lip liners, especially this nude one. I completely understand why people went crazy for them because they are honestly the best lip liners I have used so far. They aren't dry and drag on the lips like some do they are so creamy and stay on the lips for ages. This one goes with so many lipsticks and can easily be worn on its own too. I adore the nude shade called desert sand as well as the nude pink that is the exact same shade as Mac Mehr lipstick, called 'Dark Pink'. They don't have a huge shade range but the nude liner should be a staple in everyone's makeup bag.
Real Techniques Setting brush
Some people may think that investing in good makeup is more important than investing in tools, but that's where you're wrong. The brushes and tools you use to apply your makeup will make or break your makeup. For example if you're using high end makeup and rubbish brushes then the makeup can't perform as well as it's able to and if you're using more affordable products with great tools they will perform much better.
I always recommend Real Techniques brushes to people, even if they're starting off or have been wearing makeup for years. They are incredible brushes and although they aren't the cheapest and obviously  there are some out there that are more expensive, but they last so well and because I wash them regularly I have never had any problems with them. This one is my personal favourite because there is nothing else out there like it. I use it to blend in concealer, set my face with powder and sometimes even for blush and highlight, it's a great all rounder that I always use whenever I'm doing makeup.

Penneys Highlight Brush
On the more affordable side of brushes I love some of the Penneys PS brushes, I wish these were around when I started out with makeup because they are so affordable. I have an eye brush that I like to use for blending and a double sided brow brush that is also fab but my favourite is definitely the fan brush. Because it's quite fluffy it doesn't create just a line on my face which I found other fan brushes did. I always use this for highlight and I honestly can't use anything else to apply highlight! Although I do love these brushes I don't find them quite as long lasting as the Real Techniques, but because they're so affordable you wouldn't mind repurchasing them.
So the rules of the giveaway are very simple. Head over to my Instagram (@ailbhe_woods) follow me and comment 3 friends on the picture with the giveaway and you're done.
