Since I started college in September and don't wear a school uniform anymore I've realised that my style has become a lot more casual and comfortable. I posted a College Lookbook a few weeks back where I shared a few outfits that I wore to college over the first week. Today I'm going to share an outfit with ye that I usually wouldn't think fits my style as it is quite sporty but I actually really love wearing things like this for college because I'm comfortable, casual and most importantly, confident.
I picked up this bomber jacket last week because I lacked a warm jacket that wasn't a woollen winter coat. I was finding that I had to layer a hoodie under my jacket to keep me warm because it has been so cold in the mornings. So this bomber from New Look was exactly what I needed.
Before college started I found these Nike runners in Lifestyle Sports that were on sale and add student discount onto that, they were a great bargain. I've been wearing these a lot because I have labs and lectures all over the place and uncomfortable shoes and a lot of walking don't really go together (I learned that the hard way!).
Even though both of these purchases were definitely more practical than stylish, they go well together and create a sporty casual vibe. I paired them with my usual ripped jeans to be comfortable and causal. To transition this outfit into Autumn I wore a lightweight turtleneck top tucked into the jeans.
I kept the accessories very simple and went with some of my most loved rings and my everyday watch.
Top - Penneys
Jeans - Topshop
Jacket - New Look
Shoes -Nike
Watch - Vintage Gucci
Rings - Pandora & Penneys
